Unit, Group?

"They made inquiries at the anti-fraud department." "They made inquiries at the anti-fraud unit ." "They made inquiries at the anti-fraud group ." Would the last two sentences using 'at' be unacceptable, since a 'unit' or 'group' is not quite a 'department' ?
