Can anybody please correct these sentences?

They might be correct. They just sound wrong/off to me. "the courier hasn't made their way to the store" "if I don't get any response, I'm going to have to terminate this call" "To do a factory reset on your unit" (should it be "on" or "to"?) "I had to have a look at it" (Now, thinking of it again. 'I had to have a look', sounds correct. True?) "inform the customer about this" "can anyone survive IN the ocean for that long" "hopefully, the engineers will try to open the word documents by themselves " Next is the use of 'yourself', 'yourselves' Back drop: I work in a company that services electronic devices.
