Please help me with the use of "the rest of..." usage in the following sentences: 1. The rest of your sentences don't make sense. 2. The rest of your sentences doesn't make sense. Which one is correct 1 or 2? I am confused with "the rest of" phrase. I understand that the "rest" is singular but I am using a plural noun-sentences. I would appreciate your input.
