Dear all, I had a question about the use of the word 'to receive back'. The whole sentence is: 'The promised delivery time will start counting at the moment we have received back from you our order confirmation duly signed for your acceptance'. In my opinion, that sentence sounds incorrect. Could you please help me with alternatives and with tips about what should be corrected from this sentence? I have done some research, and I have found that you use the word 'to receive back' when you want to receive something from the second time. (note that this has been translated from Dutch to English, and in Dutch it sounds correctly when the explanation is given, however, in English is sounds vague for me) Thank you in advance!
