An objective of a lesson is .... 5. An objective of the lesson is .... Q) Which of them sound good if the implied context is #1? I don't think #4 is OK. I think #3 sounds the best cause the speaker is is going to specify "the" objective in the later phrase in the same sentence; and "the" lesson, we already know that that lesson is a specific lesson. Is my interpretation correct?
